With a personal and professional understanding of the challenges often faced within the LGBTQI+ community, I strive to create a safe and inclusive space for my clients. I have extensive experience in helping individuals navigate issues related to sexual orientation, gender identity, coming out, relationships, and mental health. My approach is collaborative, empowering clients to explore their identities, build resilience, and cultivate self-acceptance.

Short Term Therapy

In some cases, short-term therapy can be sufficient to address a current crisis or provide immediate support during a challenging time. This could range from just a few sessions to a several months

Long Term Therapy

Long-term therapy may be recommended for individuals who want to take some time to unpack long standing issues such as adverse childhood experiences. Some would say the longer you are in therapy the deeper you can go.

Maybe you have no idea what you need at the moment, that’s totally fine too.  It’s important to remember that therapy can be an ongoing process and the duration of sessions can be adjusted as we move forward.
